• We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return.

• Please place a new order for the size you need. 
We cannot hold items. Returns for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. Unless there is a defect! 
Please read below. 


• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 2 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 1 day of receiving the item then it will no longer qualify for a exchange or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/ defect with your email. 

• When returning defected item, all tags must still be attached. Make sure there are no make up or deodorant stains, animal hair or

cigarette smoke odor. Item can’t be worn, altered or washed.

• We cannot help you if it has been longer than 2 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed. 

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 2 day of delivery for the amount paid for the product. Store credit is applied for item only, not SHIPPING and HANDLING since that service was used. 


• An order may be cancelled before it ships, but a 10% restocking fee will apply. 

• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects and buyer will pay return shipping in each case.  


• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

• Free Shipping on all orders within the USA. Canada shipping prices are based on the total weight of the order.

• All UPS orders placed by 12 p.m. CT ship out the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship out the following day.We do not ship on Holidays (ALL OTHER SHIPPING METHODS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48-72 BUSINESS HOURS THROUGH USPS) 

*** UPS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can not be shipped to a PO BOX. If you choose this and do enter a PO Box we will have to ship it regular USPS Priority Mail International. ***

• Fabutiq is not responsible for delays with USPS shipping. 

•Fabutiq is not responsible for international Duties or Customs charges.

• Fabutiq is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. .

•Fabutiq is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

• Please allow 3-4 business days for Fabutiq to receive the return, and 5-7 business days for your return to process the store credit. If it's a defected item or a return. 

**If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.   

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.


Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit can not be applied to this new order that is placed. Credit will have to then be used for future purchases.
